Keys can be held by Culkin plumbing and heating long term for maintenance access by us and are associates. Keys held can be made available to others via appointment.

Minimum 24 hours notice to tenants for renewable works. such as Gas Safety Certificates and PAT Testing. With the option for the tenant to postpone should there be inconvenience.

 

Keys can be dropped to the flowing manned counters of;

All our keys are stored in a locked key safe in an alarmed secure location. Keys are tagged via a coded system. Reference to this system is not stored in the same building, (or stored anywhere on paper)
