Jeff Culkin founded the independent company to operate in local area. Created a local focus with discounted rates and limited geographical coverage to improve local service and availability.

Work and managed a vast variety of responsive maintenance and refurbishments in residential and light commercial settings.

Personally Created and implemented SEO for website;  wrote numerous articles offering advice on technical plumbing problems.

Employed local staff as Plumbers, apprentices and administrators.

Provide training for local apprentices, currently employ two local trainees. Have trained a total of six plumbing and heating engineers

Employ local subcontractors and use local supplies are part of companies focus on being part of the local economy. All advertising spent with local non profits.

Introduced paperless system for job bookings with staff, recording information from site and invoicing. Operating as a paperless company. Gas Safety Certificates, invoices, and quotes all produced as PDF's.

Listed with local residents associations as a trusted service provider; Primrose Hill RA, NorthWestTwo RA, MAPRA (Mapesbury) and Belsize Square, also recommenced on Streelife, Twitter and Facebook (e.g. Maida Vale parents Facebook group)
