Used Jeff initially for an annual boiler check in 2014 and then early Dec' 2015. Dec 18th 2015 Jeff & Michael recently completed installing a new sink, taps & shower for me. They were brilliant, they explained everything they needed to do in plain English. Michael fitted some easier taps for me because I have osteoarthritis which I thought was very kind of him (off his own back). They ended up having to fix stuff the other tradesman made a mess of, they charged me only the agreed quoted price. They have a lovely team of young men who clean up after themselves, are polite & professional. I had to call them back they came back without hesitation and fixed the problem. They went over and beyond the call of duty. It's really hard to find honest, decent reasonably priced tradesmen who do such a brilliant job. I consider them to be my plumbers now and the great thing is they are local. Thank you Jeff, Michael & your team for doing such a fantastic job for me it was very much appreciated.
