Jeff Culkin was extremely helpful and did his best to get to our property as soon as he could after our boiler failed. He diagnosed the fault after careful investigation and offered a range of sensible solutions. We then made the decision to replace rather than repair. Pricing was clear and what we were quoted was what we paid for. The job took a while as issues caused by previous plumbers had to be rectified, but we did not pay any extra for additional hours, just the fixed price. Jeff and his associates did a very professional job, with every detail seen through to the end. Working from home meant we could see exactly what the team were doing: they were very careful, tidy and skilled. Will use Culkin Plumbing and Heating exclusively from now on, and in particular for the boiler service (quote lower than most others we looked at initially), as they seem to be the most reliable and trustworthy we have yet encountered in NW London.
